1 If the quantity I get less than the quantity I order,what will you do?We strongly request every customer opens the package to check the quantity before signing the delivery.If you find the quantity less than ordered,please refuse to /confirm/i the delivery.We are not responsible for such claim if customer don't open the box to check the quantity before signing the delivery.
2 How to choose the color?
If the color you want is not listed on our website,please leave message below the transaction about the color you want,we deliver according to the message,if no message left and no color is chosen,we ship random color.For the color you want but currently out of stock,we will contact with you to get your opinion.
3 How long it takes till I get my package?
It depends on the shipping way you choose. DHL,UPS,FEDEX takes 3-5 workdays. EMS takes 6-10 workdays. Hongkong Post takes 2-4 weeks. ChinaPost takes 2-5 weeks.If you need them urgently ,we suggest you choose the express service.
4 Why I can't track by the track number you offered for DHL?
There are 2 ways:
1,Please track by shipper's reference. http:> Express --> Tracking --> Track by Shipper's Reference, set the date in a wider range,choose destination country.
2,If you failed,please contact use for the waybill number, waybill number is another track number for the same shipment.
5 If the item arrives in bad condition,how will you handle it?
Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost,but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days,we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay for the return shipping cost.So after you get the item,please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.
6 How will you declare my package?
We declare all small package as Gift and value between 1-5USD. If you have any special declare requests please tell us before shipping. We are not responsible for any tax that caused in your country.
